3 Oaks Gaming has expanded its reach further into the European market by acquiring an Italian iGaming licence.
The licence was issued by the Autonomous Administration of State Monopolies (AAMS), which is in charge of policing online gambling providers’ activities and guarding against rules violations, fraud, corruption, and money laundering within the industry. The licences issued by the AAMS permit casino games, bingo, skill games, poker games, sports betting, lotteries, and horse pools.
The Managing Director of 3 Oaks Gaming, Sebastian Damian, said the move shows the company’s zeal to explore the entirety of the European gaming industry.
“Adding Italy to our roster of certified countries is a clear signifier of our ambition for expansion into regulated European markets,” he said.
“Our first year of business has been strong, with a model focused on delivering market-leading promotional tools, innovative games and exciting mechanics that is demonstrably paying off.
“The quality of our product offering speaks for itself, and we are confident it will bring a new level of value to the Italian market.”
Following this accreditation, 3 Oaks will be making popular online slots such as Aztec Fire, Lotus Charm, Eggs of Gold, The King of Heroes, and Big Heist available to Italian players.
The Canada-based company has expanded its reach significantly in recent times. In October, it was given authorization by the National Revenue Agency to make its products available in Bulgaria. Earlier this year, it was awarded an Isle of Man licence.
The list of companies with which 3 Oaks has signed partnerships includes iSoftBet, Favbet, Cosmolot, Parimatch, SoftSwiss, Slots City, and more. The developer also launched a new progressive jackpot system in October.
